Alpha Bravo Studios Team

AVAILABLE ROLES

Senior Social Campaign Manager

The role:
Day-to-day you’ll lead social campaigns for global artists, labels, film studios and brands, campaigns that run internationally, centre on creator and content activity, and are expected to set the pace rather than follow it. You’ll be the first port of call for your clients, liaising with senior teams and talent daily. This is a role for someone who’s ahead on socials: you see formats, technologies and movements coming before they land, you know what to do with them, and you want a place where your instinct gets backed with trust and real clients.

Your remit will run wider than delivery. You’ll build out your own operational pod: hiring, managing, solving problems, and putting forward business cases for where we should go next. You’ll shape and lead some of our social research projects, presenting findings to key executives at labels, studios and brands, work that’s pushing the front of how the industry understands its audiences. This role is designed to grow into a director position or agency senior management as we scale.

We’re a small, fast environment, so the same day can hold a presentation to shape an international artist’s next era, a content call where you’re deep in the weeds on a live creator campaign, and a session with our developers where we’re building our next defining technology. The right candidate thrives in this variety.

What you’ll be leading:

  • Creator & organic content led social campaigns end to end for international releases and launches: creator strategy, briefing and management, social content strategies, paid amplification, and reporting.
  • Client relationships day to day, including presenting to talent and key executives at labels, studios and brands.
  • Social research projects alongside campaign work: shaping the questions, engaging in deep quantitative and qualitative research, developing international strategies, and presenting findings to senior executives.
  • Exploration of new formats, platforms and technologies, turning what’s coming next on socials into agency and client opportunities.
  • Campaign teams: briefing creatives, managing freelancers, and hiring and managing your own team as your stream of work grows.
  • Business cases for new services, tools and directions, working directly with the founder on where the agency goes next.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years running social-led campaigns with significant creator and content experience, agency or in-house, with campaigns you’re proud to walk through.
  • Deep fluency in how socials actually work right now: creators (both boutique and clipping/mass), formats, platform dynamics, what travels and why.
  • High-level creative taste, being able to ideate directly with creative teams and talent bringing a social performance edge to the conversation without compromising creative excellence.
  • Comfort with data. Using our proprietary audience intelligence & campaign suite you need to interrogate analytics, argue with them, and turn them into decisions. You should be able to contribute to the direction of our toolsuite as it develops.
  • Experience handling high-level clients directly.
  • The ability and desire to manage a team, with career ambitions towards executive roles.
  • Music, entertainment or culture-adjacent experience. Genuine obsession with it is essential.

What matters more than your CV:
Show us a campaign you led, why it worked so well and tell us what you’d do differently now. We care about how you think, what you noticed, and whether you can see around corners, more than the logos on your CV.

About us:
Alpha Bravo Studios is a boutique digital agency and consultancy collaborating with ahead-of-the-curve brands and talent to develop highly engaged audiences, foster real human connection and ultimately deliver on business goals. We do so by connecting the dots between technology, audience intelligence, and execution, delivering campaigns that move at the speed of social conversation. Our clients are the disruptors setting the pace on socials, and our job is to keep them there.

Alongside client work, we launch ventures with our partners, developing technology, acquiring rights and originating media projects, so the ceiling here is high. We want someone who sees this as a chance to get in early and build something meaningful, not just fill a role.

Location: Shoreditch, London (on-site)

To apply: Alongside your CV, send us a breakdown of a campaign you led: what the brief was, what you did, what worked, and what you’d change now.

The role:
You’ll work inside our campaign team on live campaigns for global artists, labels, film studios and brands, with a focus on creator marketing. This means real responsibility on live campaigns including market research, ideation, creator identification, outreach and comms, briefing and reporting.

We’re a small team, which means your voice is heard, your ideas will be in front of major clients, and you’ll have real accountability from early on. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly and wants to apply themselves fully.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering creator campaigns day-to-day: campaign ideation, outreach, briefing, and managing creator relationships as campaigns run.
  • Contributing to broader campaign strategy both internally and in client settings.
  • Flagging emerging formats, rising creators and platform shifts before they’re obvious.
  • Provide day-to-day social media support for clients, consulting on creative, copy, and overall positioning.
  • Design interactive decks for pitches, internal communication, and client presentations.
  • Brief the production team on creative requirements, ensuring marketing objectives are met while maintaining cutting-edge creative execution.
  • Produce adhoc video, still, and graphic assets using Adobe Suite as needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Deep fluency in the social landscape. You know the creator landscape inside out, you clock formats as they emerge, and you’re curious about the psychology of why things work, why one video travels and another doesn’t.
  • A tasteful creative eye, whilst our campaigns need to drive results they also need to maintain the highest level of creative integrity for our clients.
  • Sharp, clear writing ability without an overreliance on AI.
  • Commitment when campaigns are live. Delivery weeks are fast and demanding including the weekends, and we want someone who enjoys that pace.

What matters more than your CV:

  • Show us your taste. Send us three pieces of creator content you think are brilliant and two sentences on each about why they work. We care about whether you can see what’s good before everyone else agrees.
  • Share how you currently engage with socials on any personal or side-projects: a page you run, edits you make, a deep knowledge of a corner of the internet, anything that shows this is how you already spend your time.
